- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- Masala Chips:
- 3 cups Leftover Chips
- 1 Habanero/Red Chilli (pounded)
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- Salt (as required)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make to make Whosayna’s Steak and Masala Fries Wraps
- Braise steak in all ingredients except cornflour till almost done add cornflour mix well remove from flame.
Can do smoking of charcoal and butter.
Let it cool down cut long shreds.
Salad:
Mix all well and add steak shredds - Tava Naan:
Bind all with warm water, rest the dough for 2 hours then make as small rotis.
While roasting use butter or ghee.
Masala Chips:
In a pot put oil and all ingredients with little water and keep on boil as it boils add chips toss and remove from flame, - Sprinkle some finelly chopped capsicum and onions
