  2. In a clean pot pour 1 1/2 cups of water bring water to rolling boiling before adding the noodles, cook for 4 minutes, sieve noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water. Cover and keep aside
  3. Chop all your veggies and sausage and keep aside
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, saute onion and garlic,then add in sausage and stir fry
  5. Add in the scotch bonnet, red and green pepper, toss and saute for 3 minute until they are half done
  6. Add d peas and stir,then the soy sauce and noodle seasoning,stir well.
  7. Add the noodle and stir well, then add little amount of water. Cover it and allow it to simmer on low heat for 5 minute.
  8. For the tea, rinse all ingredients excluding the tea bag and boil with 1 cup water. Sieve and serve hot
  9. Serve on a plate and garnish with boiled eggs
